BIG HERO 6 was a 2014 3-D computer-animated movie from Disney loosely based on a comic book concept from Marvel Comics. The comic book team had a 3-issue mini-series in 1998 and a subsequent 5-issue mini-series in 2008. In the movie, a young robotics prodigy forms a superhero team including Baymax, an inflatable robot built as a medical assistant, to combat a masked villain. The franchise now includes video games, comics, toys and an animated television series.
