INVINCIBLE is a superhero comic book series published by Image Comics from writer Robert Kirkman and artists Cory Walker and Ryan Ottley from 2003-2017 (although characters made cameo appearances in other Image titles before the ongoing INVINCIBLE series debuted). Teenager Mark Grayson is having trouble adjusting to the knowledge that he has superpowers, because he's the son of Omni-Man, an extraterrestrial superhero of the Viltrumite race. Mark is half-human, half-Viltrumite, has the same powers as his father: strength, invulnerability and flight, and has made it his mission to protect Earth. Both a live-action film and an adult animated television series are in development for Invincible.
