A sporadic series of mini-series from writer/artist Neal Adams apparently set in the DC Universe but a nearly senseless conglomeration of mind-bending continuity conundrums that Adams once summed up adroitly himself as, "I did a thing called Batman: Odyssey, where I took a whole lot of pieces of Batman's life and gathered them together and swept them out of the driveway and put them in a little pile and told a story. It was 13 chapters, and it seemed like I was alluding to stuff." Adams' collaboration with writer Denny O'Neil in the early 1970s helped define some of the modern imagery of the character Batman, including the creation of Ra's al Ghul and a revitalization of the Joker and Two-Face. The 'ADAMSVERSE' is not an official realm in the Multi-verse and less of an actual continuity and more of a stream of ongoing, eccentric creations in their own, little world from a talented, Hall of Fame writer/artist.
