Part 2 of 2. DEATH TOY! 1st cameo appearance of Carnage. At the Tech-Toy warehouse, Cardiac and the wall-crawler come to a meeting of the minds about their pursuits of justice. Perhaps it's possible for them to work together after all. The next evening at Stane International, Spider-Man and Cardiac team up to stop the illegal manufacturing of military weapons.
