Description

In this high-octane issue, all hell breaks loose on the streets of LA when Neon Future ally Palsy risks her life to steal secret documents that could help bring down the government. Meanwhile, high above the city streets, Clay and Dee's attempt to rescue Palsy is thwarted by Detective EZ and the CTG who crash the party in a military-grade attack helicopter. And just when it seems things can't get any worse, the nefarious Hacker proves that he has grown more powerful and cunning than anyone had expected.
