Description

In a city where the bad guys are bulletproof (literally), only one man has the power to fight back. Found in a burning field with no memory of his past, the Savage Dragon fights on the side of justice as an officer of the Chicago Police Department against the sinister mutants and super villains of the criminal organization known as the Vicious Circle. But in the startling aftermath of the his first series' event, the Dragon may not be in any shape to fight.
